Love it. Good value. Easy to Install.
It's been really nice having a dedicated water faucet with the Epic Smart Shield water filter. I'm coming from a water filter pitcher and was really tired of how slow it was and the space it took up on my counter. The Epic Smart Shield hit all my bullet points for an under counter unit: small, long lasting, filter quality competing with RO units, easy to install. I already had a Beverage Faucet that went with my kitchen faucet so I ordered the package without the Bev Faucet and got the parts suggested by Epic. It turns out that I didn't need the 3/8 to 1/4" reducer as mine came with 3/8" lines and could connect without adapting. Note for self installers: you make think you have the blue line inserted all the way into the vertical faucet mount but make sure you push extra hard. I knew this and still had a pretty good blowout on my first try. I was able to get the blue line in another 1/4" and everything was great.
The water tastes good. The water flow is plenty fast. If I can still get filter replacements 10 yrs from now and still don't have leaks then I'll be really happy...time will tell.

The photo illustrated install guide was a blessing. I could practice it in my head before I got to it for real. For an old guy like me the hardest part was crawling under the sink. The install was so easy. I did have a small leak from one of the tubes and I remembered the guide saying to make sure that you push them in all the way into their lock sockets. I could have cut the tubes to remove the slack but I got lazy. My first glass of filtered water was mind blowing. I had no idea my city water was so bad. I highly recommend this filter.
