Affordable and relatively easy to install. Slight reduction in water pressure. Appreciate the technology and sustainability efforts of the company. Very happy with my purchase and such a relief to have water without toxic chemicals.

Great Filter

This water filter seems great. The cold water at our kitchen sink is much better with no chlorine taste. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is, - I wish the cold water adapter that connects the filter to the cold water was was available in metal (for an up-charge) as well as plastic. Trying to connect the adapter to the tube that runs to the faucet was extreamly difficult and I ended up cross-threading the plastic adapter and had to order another one. I'm concerned at some point the threads may fail on the plastic adapter, so I installed a Yolink leak sensor below the connection which will alert me if there's a leak. The previous water filter we had which was a different brand had standard metal connections and I never had trouble threading those. I switched to this filter because it had good reviews and appeared in the specs to filter more pollutants out. I wish I had this filter with the other filter's metal connector.

Installation is so doable!

So glad i went this route, even tho I have never done anythingeven remotely plumbing related before. SO so much better than a pitcher
