My non-coffee drinking spouse starts every day by saying, Oh, your coffee smells so good! And it really does. It reminds me of all the family gatherings when my aunt brewed coffee to go with dessert, or when my mom pulled out the company-only Corningware percolator, filling our kitchen with that warm, comforting smell. Blue Ox is smooth and gentle, with a strong (not harsh) coffee flavor that nothing else beats. To me, it's what coffee is supposed to taste like, and it's hands down my favorite.
