Excellent pickup in drop F and below
I used to play in drop F and below ( drop E, D#, D )
This pickup has incredible clarity and definition for playing in such low tunings, it is super balanced in the mids, we are far from the nasal wah wah sound of certain pickups, especially since baritone guitars tend to accentuate the high-mid and midrange. Pleasant compression and depth in pal-mutes, very tight pickup but not dry.
I had the pleasant surprise of being able to use it for lead and even clean with effects that fit easily into the mix.
Stop thinking if you play that low, this is the pickup you need!
