Let me start of by saying first that I am a member of my local track and I reached out to ryno power for any sort of complementary give aways for our Loretta Lynn regional qualifier. Well they sent us a stack of coupons for their products. A buddy of mine had already purchased their pre workout drink mix and let me try it.. wow. I haven't felt that great in a while before a workout.. I'm sold

PreWorkout

I start everyday with this. For me, I prefer this over other pre-workouts because I never get the high caffeine rush. Its enough to wake me up and keep me going but not jittery. Just the perfect combo. Highly recommend.

It doesn’t seem as potent ?

It still does something, but doesn’t seem nearly as potent as 6-7 years ago ? When I originally purchased it about 8 years ago, it worked great, one scoop would make you feel like you had a good nights sleep. Now it seems like 2 scoops gives 3/4 of that feeling
