I actually find the sampler pack just the right size for lunch on the trail. That full meal is a bit much mid-day. I am with volunteer SAR and keep a couple in my pack that sustain me for a 24 hour period when required. I also like the vegan/gluten free rating. It allows me to share the food when required without offending anyone's dietary preferences.
