Beautiful Glasses, but Recent Quality Is Disappointingv

I have been purchasing reading glasses from iHeart Eyewear for several years because I truly love the elegance and style of their frames. Unfortunately, my most recent purchases have not held up to the quality I have come to expect. The glasses seem to be breaking much more easily than they have in the past. Most concerning, my most recent pair broke within only 19 days of purchase. With the cost of the glasses having increased, having to replace them so quickly is simply no longer cost-effective. As a longtime and loyal customer, this is especially disappointing because I have continued purchasing these glasses specifically because of their beautiful design and the positive experiences I have had with them over the years. I sincerely hope iHeart Eyewear will take another look at the durability and quality of its current frames. Given that my most recent pair broke after less than three weeks of use, I would also appreciate the company considering a replacement pair. I would certainly like to remain a customer, but at the current price point, I need to feel confident that the quality and durability of the glasses justify the investment.

These are quality readers and I had ordered two a few years ago and I’ve had to go to a stronger strength so I ordered two more and I’m really happy with him. I love the style..

Love these glasses!

I discovered these frames in a little boutique in New Orleans over 5 years ago and have purchased at least 6 or 7 pairs since then. They are my trademark glasses now! I love them & get so many compliments on these! Unfortunately, the stones do eventually start to fall out, which is why I have bought so many pairs, but I will keep buying them every year because they make me so incredibly happy!!
