Disappointed!

We have serveral shipments and have always been satisfied. This order arrived in a semi - opened box. Several of the entrees were partially defrosted. The uptown beef stew was aweful with tough grizzly meat. Very disappointed with this order!

I have sent this to my daughter and her family several times they love the food! She said the new packing is so nice, much better broken down in portions! Overall great experience. Will continue to purchase !
