Excellent service, I left a query and the owner contacted me directly to help - not only that he persevered trying 3 times before I answered. I’m a landscape photographer and I was due a shoot in the Cairngorm mountains, I explained that I needed the gloves within two days as I’d lost mine on a previous shoot, otherwise the job would be skuppered - I received them the following day and I hadn’t ordered until late afternoon. Excellent communication, excellent service. The gloves are brilliant, but I knew that before buying.
