The owner will tell you to pull more paper down and watch the videos of her tutorial which i did all she said (mind you it takes way too long to keep doing this in real life as a pmu artist we need faster options) . The sharpener is lacking in many ways. The blades are too weak, pencil breaks always and no matter how much paper i took off , and how gentle i was my pencil broke. I am disappointed in this product considering how much it cost. When using it takes forever, it is not as sharp of a point as I can get it on my own. The blades very dull. It was a waste of money. I really wanted to love this product but I don't.
