I sent in my purse for strap repair and it came back exactly as I had requested. They took care to put in sections so that the straps don’t slip off my shoulder. This is just the problem I had with this purse, besides the broken strap. They fixed the strap and fixed my problem too. I thought about purchasing a new purse, but I loved the one I had. Now I love it even more! Such craftsmanship!
