Q melamine is THE BEST!! It is lovely and durable. I bought the small tray because I already have the large one, but sometimes need a smaller one. I use the tray on our houseboat mostly for filling it with cheeses, nuts, meats, etc. for a charcuterie. It is lovely and an easy clean up.
