Nice sprout trays.

Not sure what went wrong
The sprouts that I grew as soon as I received these trays, were Daikon Radish sprouts. I followed the YouTube video precisely ( I thought). I had 4 little pods not sprout at all and after seeing my friend's whose turned out super full and flush! (She turned me on to Hamama and gifted me my first 3 pads). By day 5 when it was apparent to lift off the sheet covering, there was no water left in the tray. The pad was damp. I will review the instructions once again. For the price, I was a bit disappointed. For the freshness and the flavor, I am super excited. I'm ready to give it another try. If you read something here and have suggestions, I am very open!!

this was an order that was suppose to be cancelled
Can you tell me if I was billed for this? The order was placed 12/26. Can I return the trays I have plenty of them from other orders after this was placed
