Brilliant
Easy to do test. Easy to mail. Processing time as stated. Really informative detailed results. Consultation with Deena was fantastic. She was so knowledgable, and explained my results clearly, so that I could understand how they translated, and contributed to my health. She gave actionable advice and said to reach out should I need more advice. Would highly recommend and will use more Stride products to monitor health.

Optimal DNA and Methylation
Very happy with the test and the results were available within the time limit they promote.
The following up consultation was extremely helpful. Clear explanations were given of the results for better understanding on how to taylor dietary needs and lifestyle changes to take full advantage of the results. The consultant was very pleasant and helpful. AI generated notes were taken of the consultation so that the information is ready available for me to look back on.
