Fantastic product, even more fantastic service
I've waited to write my review until I'd owned my Equicizer for nearly three months, so I can confidently say that the Equicizer is a fantastic product. It arrived very well-packed and in perfect condition, and it was easy to get it into my home with the help of two friends.
I started using it the day it arrived and immediately discovered that I could absolutely get the physical workout that I was hoping it would deliver. I have used an English, Western, and racing saddle on it so far, and by riding at different "gaits", riding in two-point, and riding in a racing position, I am able to get a well-rounded workout. It will be invaluable this winter when I'm not able to ride because of the weather, and I suspect it will leave me feeling more confident when I start riding in the spring, because I'll be fitter.
It's already made a difference in my overall strength and balance. It's also helping me to maintain mobility in light of a significant back condition that restricts my lower spinal movement. My doctor strongly encouraged me to find a way to ride regularly, because doing so is important to my mobility and to my pain relief. The Equicizer is an ideal solution when I can't ride my real horses, and it's a supplement on days when I do ride, too.
While the Equicizer itself is fantastic, the responsiveness of the Equicizer team was even better. From the very first message I sent to the team, I received prompt, detailed, and helpful replies. I've exchanged several messages with Frankie, who has been kind and truly invested in making sure that my Equicizer was right for me and that I was pleased with my purchase. I can't speak highly enough of this company as a whole, and their excellent customer service truly stands out.
By the way, one of the friends who helped me unpack the Equicizer fell in love with it and ordered her own a few weeks later. It's been a hit with everyone who's ridden it so far.
