Great service, great ring, size is off due to “comfort fit”

Experience with customer service online has been amazing. Very efficient especially when dealing with cross boarder service and just very knowledgeable and easy instructions to follow. Even with all of my questions I never felt dismissed. It’s been great service. 4 star because (and this may be my fault) I didn’t see any indication of it being “comfort fit ring” vs “standard ring” and no indication that it makes a difference when ordering your size. So I had to send mine back to get a .5 smaller size and when doing international shipping that does add to the price tag a bit. Great service Great communication Rings look exactly like the photos and were exactly what I wanted
