Great Product, Great Production Team!

From the first inquiry through delivery of our Equicizer, the production team people were great. Communications were timely, user friendly, professional and most important... helpful. Our equicizer is a sturdy, well made and good looking too! We named our Equicizer "Doc" and he lives at a camp for kids/young adults with disabilities. He is a recent addition to our horse herd, and so far everyone (campers, staff and families) who have met Doc riding him, especially those campers who are to fearful or unsafe to ride the "real horses".

Equicizer replacement parts

I am so happy with the 2 Equicizers that we purchased 10 plus years ago. They have stood the test of time and are very sturdy. They are used for children and adults of all ages from never seeing a horse to experienced riders for practicing positions and keeping fit without wearing out horse hours. They get many hours of daily use. Sadly someone sat on the "horses" neck and snapped the support bands. The replacements were easy to order, quick responses and we received the replacement parts. They were so easy to replace. 5 minutes and no tools.
