After a full school year with a rented viola, we decided to buy the Crescendo Viola from StringWorks. Significant research on-line and discussions with our child's music teacher, led us to StringWorks. The experience was far beyond my expectations. From the moment we placed the order, communication was their top priority. They reached out to confirm the order as we had an unusual request and kept us updated regularly during the entire process. It took 2-3 weeks for delivery, as the first instrument could not be calibrated to the quality they require for sale. It was certainly worth the wait as the viola was beautiful and has a far superior sound to the rental.
