Great for Commuting Military

I’ve been really happy with this backpack for my day-to-day commute to the Pentagon. It has plenty of room without feeling overly bulky, and I can comfortably fit my lunch box, gym gear, and other daily essentials inside. One of the biggest positives for me is that it also meets military uniform requirements, so I can carry it while in uniform without worrying about compliance. It’s comfortable, practical, and has been a great all-around commuter bag. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a solid work and gym backpack.

Disappointed

Normally, I could write outstanding reviews about KNKG Backpacks or Duffels. Normally. This back pack is not ideal for any lifter other than a beginner. There's not enough room, not enough compartments, and the shoulder straps don't stay put when cinched in. If your belt is bigger than a medium the belt compartment isn't sufficient. Had to buy another backpack to replace what this was going to be used for. Again, this is a great backpack for new lifters, people with slender body types, or for other activities other than the gym. However, the placement of the sneaker compartment is wicked inconvenient.
