Annabelle Hydrangea - DOA
I ordered 2 of these large Annabelle Hydrangea plants and both were not looking very healthy when they arrived. The root balls had been packaged in a plastic bag which apparently ripped open and the bare roots were exposed, most likely causing the issue.
I wasn't happy about this since I am without the 2 plants that I spent almost $100 on. Maybe I should contact customer service and see what they can do to help?

I ordered four of the 3 gallon hydrangeas and the first ones that were shipped to me were only the 1 gallon and looked a little rough with very few leaves on the plant. I contacted Planting Tree and they immediately shipped me 4 of what I originally ordered and they looked great. Great customer service will definitely use Planting Tree again.
