Slightly better than nothing.
It sort of works but the all-plastic strap will almost certainly not last long and the spring is so weak it doesn't do much to hold the fork straight, even with minimal load. The product is as described (hence the 3 stars) It's just not a great product. I'd rather pay 4x for something that actually works.

Excellent for Neutrino!
A Must Have for a neutrino if you plan on loading up the front. With the small wheels and long steer tube this bike is very floppy with a load, this gets rid of arguably the only downside to a neutrino as a loaded commuter bike. well worth your hard earned $
