UPS lost my first order so, since I was little in a hurry I reordered, via USPS AND GOT it right away. Then UPS paid the claim and I got 2 more sets. So now if VO is out, I might be able to help you out VO was all over this the whole time Can’t say enough good things about the personal service team

Good so far

So far so good, I've heard of long-term durability issues with these, but after a few months mine shows no signs os failure. I am using RaClips from Waxwing Bags however, which provide a very stable bag underside/rack connection, essentially eliminating both vertical and lateral movement. Also running a Rene Herse bag strut inside my Berthoud bag which also adds stability and prevents sway. It's my hope that both of these take some stress off the decaleur and the welded o-ring joint. To the folks advocating for a tab on the o-ring to prevent the headset from loosening: this is a bad idea. Being steel, it will gouge the threaded headset's threads as it moves laterally and ruin them. A loose headset will then be the least of your problems!

With these I can easily transfer the decaleur equipped bag between bikes. Simple, secure, and easy to use.
