Absolutely terrible service. DONT BUY-SCAM. Ordered this but received a basic oximeter that does not check Blood Glucose. Requested full refund, was offered 25% which I declined and again requested full refund as I had not received the item purchased…no further response at all. If i could give no stars I would

I did not get the DiabeFit as ordered, but instead it was just a pulse oximeter. I also had to notify them after 6 weeks that nothing had been shipped yet. All that waiting, 10 weeks, and then didn't get what I ordered. They won't refund my total money unless I pay to send the incorrect item back to China. They offered 40% and it was their mistake. I am not happy and would not recommend them to anyone. I wouldn't even give them one star, but couldn't leave a review without clicking on one.

Not the product sent. Do not order from these guys. Won't refund or send the actual item ordered. They replied with a very canned response without even admitting that they sent the wrong item. Won't pay for return shipping. Ordered the DiabeFit and they sent Oximeter.
