You have one customer service representative that I just love. Her name is Felicia. I have been a customer of Beauty Trends for well over 30 years but I have never felt like I was appreciated as a loyal customer until Felicia took my order years ago. I usually order two Passion hair pieces a month. When Felicia answers when I call, she recognizes my voice and it's like talking to an old friend. I can not tell you how great that makes me feel, especially if I'm having a bad day. Since you have discontinued the Preferred Customer Program, I don't get to talk to her anymore unless I get lucky and she answers.....I miss her and I just wanted to tell you how great she is and so is this hairpiece!
