I am very thankful that Roots Apothecary created "Sleepy" The taste is light and gentle sleepy feeling that I get after taking this evening is incredible. It's a great way to let the body know, it's time to wind down. Take it easy. Sleep well. No more of me thinking of all 50 things I have to do the next day. "Sleepy" has successfully taken that problem off my hands. Thank you!

Great product! Need it a bit stronger if possible? For somebody that got off of the toxic Zzzquil that I relied on for so many years this is as close to it without all of the horrible ingredients! The only thing I wish is if it was a little stronger at least for me so it can knock me out. I do take it with other supplements to sleep as well, but it is a great addition.

I am very happy with the Sleepy Tincture. I use it along with the Anxiety Tincture and am resting. I take the Energy Tincture mornings before work. I feel better than I have in years.
