Excellent Flavor
I had just begun enjoying the rustic breads and breads such as rye and pumpernickel when I discovered I had to eliminate gluten. It's a joy to have them back in my life now. I really like the flavor and the consistency of your rye bread. It works very well for sandwiches and for toast. It doesn't fall apart on me like many gluten free breads do.

My favorite, definitely needs to be toasted. The seeds bring me back to the days when I could eat regular bread this is definitely a winner, top notch.
