Race Ready System

So far, so good. I'd bought the race ready set up ahead of a 70.3 and have been using the gels and the electrolytes to train. The addition of salt is a pro and con - great in terms of replacing what's lost, but you can taste the salt in the drink especially (less so in the gel). Nonetheless, I'm impressed - no GI distress (yet) and as someone with collitis (and therefore a very sensitive stomache to trying new things) that's key!
