Triad Training

I'm finding it very helpful. I'm slow, but I'm using the manuscript, and then the video. The second part of the second progression is where I stumble playing along with the video. Is there any way I can change the speed to slow it down? I'm using a metronome and am trying to build up to the same speed Frank plays it. Not there yet. But this is something I wish I had years ago
