great bundle offering carbs and electroyltes. I am currently topping my electrolytes only during the day as its so hot! and grabbing the truefuels gel with extra salt for training. Will be restocking soon!

I used my purchase on a training camp in Lanzarote last week , I really like them and no issues with cramp or gut problems. I stopped using gels a long time ago because they killed my ability to eat after a race, but no problems with yours
