It was broken

The shipment took very long. Took the free shipping above USD50 because less than that caused me USD45 (only shipping) which was ridiculous. So, I ordered more than USD50 on June 1st and only got it today, June 17th. Was really excited to unbox it despite the long wait. The first I tested out of the 5 items was the Sorrel lipstick. When I was applying, the stick didn't stay put. It was moving around. Then when I wind it more, I saw the problem, it was broken. I love the colour, the texture is ok, but for this price, which is MYR 64, a broken piece is disappointing. Contacted them via Instagram to get a replacement and they just left me as 'seen'. Wouldn't order a 2nd time.
