LID

I accidentally broke the top to my Water Machine. Fortunately, the company had a replacement. Really enjoy having clean water so readily available.

We broke the lid to our water machine and emailed about a replacement. Our email was quickly responded to and information sent with instructions to purchase on line. Thank you for excellent customer service!

This replacement lid works and fits great. I had wonderful customer service. I only wish the handle on the top was more rounded toward the bottom to make it easier to hold when taking the lid off. Like I said it works great and the other lid was rounded a little more toward the bottom the make it easier to hold when taking off. This is still a great product and I am very satisfied.
