Spigot

While I really like the water machine and the taste of the water it produces, I was less than pleased about the customer service. I explained exactly what my problem was but what I received back in return was what I would only describe as an attitude. The directions were light on the spigot installation and there were no pictures. When I pushed, I was told that the parts were all included and that I should look on the floor for the washers. Turns out I had installed it incorrectly but the directions could have been WAY clearer.

Works great no leaks

I have had my water machine more than a year. When I went to clean it out . . . The top unfiltered water tank and filters were completely covered in a black tar like slime. The lower filtered tank, perfectly clean. Thank you ! ! ! ! Sold for life and I recommend everyone get one. I filter town water that is treated and cleaned. . . Filter your water if you want clean water!!! Karl Robsham
