The best experience, beginning to end. It was a long journey shopping for the perfect ring for my fiance, and all the roads led me here. Megan was very responsive and very helpful when selecting the proper diamond size and band width. The team walked me through the entire process and kept me updated with the progress. Although it took a while to arrive, the workmanship and love put into this made it worth it! I was super excited when I received the ring, only to be disappointed knowing it would be months until I would be able to share it with my girlfriend (at the time). We had planned a trip to Japan, and I knew this would be the perfect place to do it. She was super ecstatic when she saw the ring! Although we were surrounded by the beautiful views of Japan and Mt. Fuji, the ring took the spotlight at that moment. Thank you Bijou Lab for completing that experience for us!
