Double Ejection problem, skipping cards constantly
SO I have tried over and over and over again to try and make this work. My unit keeps doing double ejections and skipping cards. I have tried more than a dozen times, 10 cards, 30 cards, 50 cards you name it. It seems to skip, miss cards every single time except for 10 cards which is only a sometimes. This is extremely aggravating for a couple of reasons. One, I have to manually try to figure out which card was skipped, was this a 30$ card or a 30 cent card? It would be so much easier to figure out if the listed cards in the scan was in the same order they were scanned, they are NOT! It makes it so time consuming that I'm better off just doing manual card by card with delver or any other service but I paid $200 so this would be automatic and save me time. It hasn't. So at this point, I'm going to ask to send back and either get refund or credit toward the Version 2 and hope that is a better system. Because this V1 isn't doing the job I need it to do.

Big Fan, increased accuracy of scans
I purchased to for the accuracy, hoping the ~100 card hopper would be helpful. I had identified a few hundred cards in my inventory that ManaBox had identified as regular prints when they were showcase, and I didn’t catch it either when I scanned in. So I paused my sales, bought a CSC100, and got to work. 12,000 cards scanned, still some remain, plus another 12-14K I picked up on trade… and I’m a big fan! The accuracy is great. There are a few bugs I’m hoping will get ironed out (if I set-lock a scan, sometimes it still pulls a version of the card from another set… but it’s the same card and easy to correct.). I’d say the accuracy rate has to be around 98-99%, as I truly only have to correct a couple cards in a scan session, 1-3K cards. The developer team is extremely responsive on Discord, and either quick to offer a correct way of doing things or adding functions to their backlog for future updates. Either way, it’s addressed and some form of road-ahead is clear. The scanner is MTG only, and you have to use their app, but once you get the hang of it, it goes pretty smoothly. I have 2 phones going at times and it’s pretty easy to manage. I don’t quite trust it enough to outright scan 100s of cards without a set-lock, as it usually pulls the correct card but the set can get mid-identified and that is more frustrating to me, to constantly select a card and find the correct version. So I set sort before scanning. I’ve had great success with that. This far exceeds the $200 price tags per scanner. I scan with confidence now.
