Great water product could use work

Filters well and does the job. Lower rating due to the filter having begun chipping off the top so now filter has some chunks missing. Never had that before so that’s not great. It’s only a few weeks into use. Also top lip of Berkey itself has a rust stain. Not great to look at when refilling. Only used in RV with tap water.

Packaging was old and seemed opened. A request for refund not being processed. The productt eas mot as promised.
