Solid customer service response

I ordered the duo specifically for a long multi flight trip, but was disappointed it did not come in time. When I reach out to Customer Service about it, they were extremely responsive and apologetic. While they cannot do anything about the shipping as it was out of their hands at that point, they were very reassuring and offered me a full refund. When the product arrived, we tried it out and found it to be pretty comfortable. We kept it at home for a few days and have decided to keep it. We haven’t yet used it on a flight, but in our test runs at home, we have found it to be really comfortable and very nap worthy. We tested out a few different ways, trying it closer to the chin, or further back on our neck, and we were able to find a few different ways where this would be pretty comfortable on a flight. We are excited to try it out on another upcoming trip, and also glad to know the Customer Service will be really responsive. The fleece does feel very warm, but I run extremely cold on planes (I typically bring and wear a hoodie), so that will work well for me!

Great deal

The double bundle was perfect for our needs. We managed some decent sleep on the plan thanks to trtls. Be aware that they do keep you quite warm.

Review

It worked well for the most part, but I don't believe there is anything made that will allow you to sleep comfortably on a plane. But, happy we purchased them!
