I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Marsha Marketplace. First, I was shocked to be charged **$32.50 in taxes on my shipment**, which felt excessive and completely unreasonable. To make matters even worse, the **TGIN Smooth Edge Control** I received was in terrible condition. Instead of being smooth and firm like it should be, it arrived **runny, gooey, and unusable**. This product clearly was not stored or handled properly before it was shipped. Paying premium prices only to receive a damaged product is completely unacceptable. I expected much better quality control and customer service. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel like I wasted my money. Unless this issue is made right, I cannot recommend Marsha Marketplace to anyone and will think twice before ordering again.
