Solaro® CoreSync

The one I ordered looks nothing like the picture at all. It looks like a cheap knock off version of the product. The belt doesn't even go all the way around my waste. It's too small. It only has 3 speed settings. I feel like I wasted my money. I would send it back, but my son already threw away the box.

The item received was not what was ordered or advertised. When I reached out to customer service, they stated it was the “newer” version. It may be newer but it was clearly an inferior and cheaper item than advertised. They refused to issue a refund and are trying to give store credit. I have no idea what else they sell but based on this experience, I doubt it would be what was advertised and I don’t want to do business with them.

I feel it was not the advertised version. I have a plain piece of plastic with a power button. I don't have six speeds, I have 3. Don't really have instructions except how to turn on. The belt doesn't even fit my waist. I am size 16. Told 30 min daily, this is 15 because pack has to rest. This is my first impression.
