Shocking no one: This is awesome
Shocking no one, this is another banger from the CBS crew. Simple, yes. However, it just got that quality oozing out of it. Tried it first mixed with a dressing I made for a glass noodle salad (lime zest, yuzu, mirin, vegan fish sauce, etc) and it was absolutely ace. Fruity, picked up the citrus notes and has that, to me, characteristic 7 Pot heat that is more of a body and than a head / mouth heat....and it builds.
This should be a super versatile sauce going forward, pairing well with anything fruity and citrusy in particular.
CBS keeps delivering.
