Great training tool!

We love the Stomp Toss because it takes one of the most important parts of hitting - timing - and makes it simple and repeatable. Getting that front foot down activates the ball and gives our daughter an immediate cue for the proper sequence: stride, plant, fire the hips, and let the bat follow through. It’s been a great way to reinforce timing, lower-body engagement, and attention to detail without overcomplicating the swing.
