Though to muffled if needing to be able to hear if someone across the office calls for you or if your co workers in the row infront need you, it does make concentration much easier and also works well as sleep buds to reduce nose disturbance whilst you sleep

My son has regular band practise in the garage under the house and the wooden floor boards mean it’s insanely loud. I was surprised these actually worked! I can now literally sit in the loungeroom (above where the drum kit is) and watch tv! If someone talks to me, I have to take them out to hear them when on the live setting. They work well. Thank you
