Temperature-Controlled Packaging+

My package was probably stuck in customs and when it was finally delivered……. It was to the wrong address. Everything went into the garbage can.

Well if we have to pay extra twice for cooling standard and plus, then the effort and price does not match the delivery. As you had to expect over 25C inside the color when delivered.

This must be a joke. A very expensive joke. I was charged two separate fees for chilled packages, totaling about 50 dollars. There was a very small chill pack in the box. And it was totally thawed and warm And items were missing
