The ice packs did not stay frozen which caused the meatballs to get warm. I had to dispose. I’m not sure about the dill caviar and herring. Haven’t tried them yet.

More ice packs, everything was melted, 1 more day and i would have too thrown out the shippment

I would recommend one or two more cold packagings as they were melted through upon arrival. The actual food they I ordered - 10 out of 10!!!
