Briefly: Great place, good quality, felt genuinely cared for as a customer, great instructions, would like more roots to come with the plant, would recommend Liked: - They came looking good and undamaged, the packaging seemed to he done excellently to prevent any injury. - As well, I really apreaciated that they delay shipping to an appropiate time for my growing zone, so that when they arrive the ground isn't frozen or snow-covered. - They carry standard trees. Many places don't carry standard (full sized) trees, and I was very happy to find that Silver Creek Nursery does. - Excellent well written instructions which made planting the tree simple and will help my care for it going forward Areas for improvement: - I was hoping that the trees would arrive with more roots. I understand there are shipping contraints, but I (and many small home growers I think) would be willing to oay extra to ensure that the plant takes quickly and with minimal stress.
