It arrived quickly and was packaged really nicely. The installation was easy and the tuner made a huge difference on the truck.

Best $500 you can spend for a 7.3 powerstroke. Love this thing. Definitely woke the truck up. It doesn’t even feel like the same truck!

Haven't installed the hydra yet, but it came 2 days early and was well packaged. My only complaint is that the hydra help site was down, so I wasn't able to program my tuner when I got it, but customer service was incredibly helpful and emailed me a direct link to the library. 10/10 highly recommend.
