I can't really rate them further yet because I've only just started using one of the three I bought; as for the free one, they didn't send the color I chose—they did send one, but it was the color *they* wanted to send.

Product is ok, definitely not how it is made out to be in advertising. Service very poor. Item took twice as long to arrive as stated, was provided a tracking number that that wasn’t clickable nor did they provide courier information. Contacted customer service on 2 occasions but got no satisfactory responses nor did I receive information on who courier was or when to expect delivery. Overall poor communication, service & customer service.
