This product arrived plastic-wrapped in a box without an instruction booklet or any other documentation. Also the nodes did not seem to be the same dimension (height) and placement as in the photos. Ive also seen this being sold by other companies and it looks different. I used this several times, but without instruction, i got no benefits. Unfortunately this was a waste of money for me.

This is extremely uncomfortable and underrated. How do I return this for my money back?
