I was NOT told that in order to use the nozzle it needs a coupling hose to connect to, and not connected to a normal water hose. Your TV commercial does not show that coupling connection as they're demonstrating the powerful nozzle cleaning everything. I was very disappointed!!!

The product I received was not what is advertised. It was not made in Lancaster PA, it clearly is tagged as Made in China. It is NOT heavy duty waxed canvas, it is "100% polyester," and it dies not have tool pockets as clearly described on the site. I requested a refund over a week ago (cannot return without an approval to do so) and have heard nothing. This is a deceptive and shady business, DO NOT BUY this low quality mess.
