Processing time and shipping is an issue. I ordered three products on July 17 which is a Friday, in which I wouldn’t expect anything to be processed during the weekend. But at least during the following work week. Shipping label wasn’t created till August 4, which is more than two weeks after the initial order. It was accepted at USPS on August 8 which is 3 weeks after the initial order. Shipment arrived on August 22, which is two weeks(10 work days) after arriving at the initial USPS facility. I guess it’s kind of close to their advertised FREE shipping time estimate of 5-8 working days. There in lies another problem, I paid $10 for their EXPRESS shipping which is estimated at 3-4 days. Yes, $10 isn’t expensive but at two weeks of shipping I should’ve just chose the FREE option and took my chances. This experience took 5 weeks. I normally don’t write reviews and almost never negative reviews but I hope this mishap is isolated and can be resolved for future Hawaii orders.
