I love the watch just don't like that fact that the seconds hand doesn't work at all. I don't know why the seconds hand don't work it just didn't moved when I got it out of the box and removed the plastic piece that stopped the battery from getting drained. The seconds hand stayed on the 12 since I got it.

Watch not working. Opened box. Took watch out and tighten screws fro top and bottom buttons. Center had plastic piece holding button out. Removed plastic piece and tried watch on . Wore for 1 hour . Took watch off and tried to rock it back and forth to wind like my real rolex and nothing happened. Will have to take to my repair guy to figure why not working. Be mindful of this seller. Product not working for me so beware.

The watch finally arrived, unfortunately the watch doesn’t work- very disappointed that it’s a broken piece of merchandise. Awaiting reply regarding resolution
