I love it. I wish it came in a tin but even as a stick I use it on my legs, arms and lower back. It's never too much (meaning it doesn't burn (me) but I always feel relief, whether it's FL heat, insects, or muscles. It simply works. Also, although it's a tube it lasts a long time. I have one bedside, recliner side and in my travel bag and purse.

This is the only thing that works on my neck pain. I don’t like the smell (too strong) but am grateful for no pain!
