Greenexcellence
After listening to a series on Brain Health, I discovered that green coffee extract was excellent for memory and brain health. This product has no caffeine and does, in fact, help me to remember things. I am 72 years old and was getting frustrated with the brain fog "thing". It happens a lot less now. I also am taking MCT oil and Omegas and doing yoga several times a week.
